Elementary OS X 0.1 by Jamie Greenland
Contains an Emerald theme and a Chrome/Chromium theme.
Emerald Theme 0.1 //
To install the Emerald theme you must have Emerald Themer installed which can be found in the Ubuntu Software Center. The easiest way to enable the Emerald theme is to install Compiz Fusion Icon, also found in the Ubuntu Software Center, and select Compiz as the Window Manager. To keep this setting you can add "fusion-icon" (without quotes) to your Start-Up Applications. Alternatively you can just type "emerald --replace" (without quotes) into Terminal which will enable Emerald for that session.
The Emerald Theme is optimised for the Elementary EM GTK theme:

Google Chrome Theme 0.1 //
To install the Google Chrome theme simply open the elementary osx chrome.crx file in Chrome/Chromium and the skin should install.
For the future //
I am currently working on a GTK theme based on the original Elementary theme which will, hopefully, more closely resemble OS X however with a slight Elementary-ness to it. Note that I will not be creating an icon theme as I simply don't have the time.
Please report any bugs or post any suggestions here.
Don't get me wrong, I love all that new stuff. There are just so many targets for theming, now. I hope things can settle down somehow. Nice theme, by the way. It's definitely uniquely shaded.
Sorry I can't be of much help.
PS this might become my new default theme on my Ubuntu box! Cheers
